Taj Mahal | Symbol of Love

© 2010 Wazari Wazir | Taj Mahal | Symbol of Love

Photograph taken next to Yamuna River, it may look close to Taj Mahal but the fact is, it will took you about 45 minute or more to get here from Taj Mahal and you have to pay around Rs100 to get here by Auto Rickshaw. The reason why we are here is because we wanted to get a sunset picture of Taj Mahal but unfortunately the weather was not very good, but nevertheless this is a great spot for taking sunset or sunrise picture of Taj Mahal.

I purposely wait for the family to enter the frame to make my picture more interesting, I think without any human element in this picture, my photograph will look lifeless, so I wait for the family on right side of the picture to enter the frame before I press the shutter. Why black and white? Simply because we have seen million of Taj Mahal pictures in colors, so I want to present it in a different way. If you have any chance to visit Taj Mahal please do visit this site, your visit to Taj Mahal would not be complete without looking it from the other side across Yamuna River. You can come either for sunrise or during sunset and  hope for the best.
