I’ve almost finished with my third eBook, unlike my previous eBook, this one will focus more on Colors enhancement, it is not about Tones. It will maintain the original color but the difference is we will push the colors a bit further, making it more vibrance, vivid and rich.

There are many ways to boost a color in Photoshop, some way are better that the other but I will share my technique here after years of experience playing with Photoshop, I know which work for me and which one bring me a great result compared to other technique.

In this eBook I will share with you how by using LAB color we can really boost the colors more than what saturation can do, I will also share with you a technique that I use for deepening a blue sky, and one more thing, a bonus chapter, “Magical Eyes”, I will share with you my little secret about how I get those beautiful catchlight on my subject eyes, especially my son portrait. I will share with you the tips for getting the Catchlight and also how we can take a step further in Photoshop, to enhance the Catchlight a bit.

I believe everything must start with a great picture, a Photoshop can only help you so much but then again it can’t fix a bad picture, a great photograph is a great photograph but let’s say if you and your friend were photographing the same scenery, same location, same lighting and almost at the same angle at the same time, I think if we compare the picture side by side, I believe a picture of those who have a little bit of knowledge in editing will catch the eyes more. Sometimes those little bit of knowledges is what separate us. You don’t need to be proficient in Photoshop to be a good photographer but then again, it is better to have extra skills than just a photography skills. Those who know marketing will definitely more successful than those who don’t. My point is, get extra skills once you know Photography inside out. Learning is a lifelong process. Those who have extra knowledge will always ahead of those who don’t.
