Portrait Photography | A Moment of Silence

Reluctant Model

© 2011 Wazari Wazir | Portrait of My Son | A Moment f Silence

It may look like my son were sitting there forever in that position but the truth is, it is the only shot that I got before in less than  thirty seconds my son runs away. I was so lucky to get this one single shot even though he doesn’t look at the camera but it doesn’t matter because I like the moment of silence that my son portray here when in fact the moment before he was so busy running here and there.

I’ve learn from my experience taking picture of my son that, we should never wait for the right moment to press the shutter camera. Sometimes the moment before the right pose or the the moment that we hope to captured is better than what we have imagined or we hope for. We must always be ready with our camera when dealing with a child, I think it doesn’t matter whether you are dealing with your own child or someone else child, a child will always be a child, will always act like a child especially at my son age which will be four years old this coming 22nd August 2011, God Willing, “Insya’Allah.”
